• Event cancellations or postponements

• Dissatisfaction with style or fit.

• Customers are required to required to provide measurements in a timely manner

• Accurate measurements must be provided.

• Ladan Bridal will make every effort to create a dress that meets the agreed specifications. However, minor variations may occur due to the nature of tailoring.

Ladan Bridal is not responsible for any damage to the dress after it has been picked up or delivered. Customers are advised to handle their dresses with care and store them in a safe, dry place.

Ladan Bridal will not be held liable for delays or issues caused by unforeseen circumstances, such as natural disasters. However, we will make every reasonable effort to fulfill your order on time.
